ham_pot Ham Potato Bake - This rich, creamy, baked ham recipe already has the potatoes cooked for you, they bake with the ham. We’ve added some cheese, so it is very filling. Enjoy.

Prep Time: 5-10 mins
Cook Time: 45 mins
Main Ingredient: Ham
Difficulty Level: 2

Ingredients to make Ham Potato Bake

1 c Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 c Light Cream
2 c Diced cooked Potatoes
2 c Cooked cubed Ham
2 tb Pimento, chopped

Directions to make Ham Potato Bake

Step 1:Heat oven to 350
Step 2:In medium saucepan, heat cheese and cream, stirring constantly, until cheese melts and sauce is creamy. Remove from heat.
Step 3:Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into ungreased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Cover tightly. Bake 45 minutes.
